Gas leak detectors
As most important part of CNG plants’ safety, a gas detector is a device that detects the presence of gases in an area. Existence of this type of instrument in CNG process is important because natural gas is combustible, flammable and can be harmful to organic life, and our environment.
With respect to this safety necessities, we manufactured our Gas Detector for indication of flammable gas presence. Our GD detects all types of flammable gasses (natural gas, coal-gas, propane, bottle-gas, acetylene, hydrogen, etc.) and offers 2 optional reactions according to gas concentration. The Detector provides high stability, sensitivity and long lifetime. The gas detection can be signalized by optical, acoustic and relay output. For feeding all appeals, we manufactured two types of GD: GDA & GDB. The first one has indicator for indicating on-line gas leakage quantity whilst the former does not have this option.
GDA and GDB have been manufactured for detecting a wide variety of Explosive gases.

Flame detector
Flame detectors have been manufactured by developed countries with very high price. Sometimes, this negative point, causes to neglect the detectors for enhancing safety coefficient especially in undeveloped countries. Unlike the most of developed countries, the high-priced flame detectors (IR3, UV/IR) were already localized in Iran by Iranian local vendors with competitive prices/similar quality levels to the foreign top brands for its domestic industrial facilities (heavy industry, ship-building facilities, semiconductors, etc.), EMΔK as a leading Iranian manufacturer, recently has succeeded to preproduce its flame detectors with lower price.
Our flame detector has been entitled UV/IR FDB and manufactured for detecting both UV and IR wavelengths, and detect flame by comparing the threshold signal of both ranges. This helps minimize false alarms.
